1. Introduction

These Terms of Use & Sale ("Terms") govern your access to auroraforecast.uk and any premium aurora forecast products ("Premium Access"). By visiting the site or purchasing Premium Access you agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with these Terms, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Merchant of Record & Contact

AuroraMe sells digital products through Lemon Squeezy, Inc. (12121 Bluff Creek Dr Ste 300, Playa Vista, CA 90094, USA), which processes payments and issues tax receipts. 3. Services & Digital Products

AuroraMe provides free educational content plus paid Premium Access tiers that unlock extended forecasts for a limited time window.

• Free content: guides, trackers, and location insights provided for informational purposes.
• Premium Access: time-limited unlocks (72 hours, 30 days, or 12-month trend packs) for extended KP forecasts, hourly data, and historical trends.
• No hardware, shipping, or notifications are included with web purchases. Mobile app alerts require a separate in-app subscription.

4. Eligibility & Responsibilities

You must have legal capacity to contract and comply with these Terms.

• Minimum age 13 (or higher if required by local law).
• If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access tokens, emails, and any activity performed through them.

5. Orders, Pricing & Taxes

All prices appear on the checkout screen in your selected currency and include any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST handled by the Merchant of Record.

• Orders are confirmed only after the Merchant of Record successfully charges your payment method and sends a receipt.
• Premium Access is provisioned immediately. You acknowledge that your statutory cooling-off right for digital content ends once delivery starts.
• We may update product descriptions or prices at any time for future orders; changes do not affect completed purchases.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension while the dispute is investigated.

6. License & Acceptable Use

AuroraMe grants you a limited, non-transferable license to view purchased premium data for personal, non-commercial use during the stated access window.

• Do not resell, publish, or redistribute premium data.
• No scraping, bulk exporting, or reverse engineering of the website or APIs.
• We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or any violation of these Terms.

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

Because delivery is instant, all sales are final unless Premium Access is unavailable due to our fault for more than 24 consecutive hours.

• Submit refund requests to support@aurorame.com within 30 days and include your Lemon Squeezy order ID.
• We may offer goodwill remedies when required by mandatory consumer laws.
• If your region grants a cooling-off period for digital content, you consent to immediate delivery and waive that period once access begins.
• Repeated chargebacks or fraud will lead to permanent account bans.

8. Disclaimers

Aurora forecasts depend on weather and space-weather inputs outside our control. Premium Access is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You remain solely responsible for travel or outdoor decisions based on the data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroraMe and its processors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any amount exceeding what you paid during the preceding 6 months.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AuroraMe, its affiliates, and processors against claims resulting from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, processors, or legal requirements. Material updates will be posted with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer laws of your country apply and disputes may be brought to your local courts.

All other users agree that Spanish law governs these Terms and that disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
